Customs declaration and inspection service

Export declaration process:

1.All of documents which are required by custom need to be prepared by exporter after goods are transported to customs supervision and control zone and 24 hours before the goods are loaded on ship.

2.EDI, input customs declaration content into the documents examination system of the custom.

3.Custom instructions that go through the formalities to the site according to the received electric data.

4.Custom finish the on-site document examination. Custom broker should contact custom in time and carry out goods inspection if the inspection of goods is required, seal these inspected goods is necessary after the inspection. Releasing upon cargo arrival is necessary if the inspection is not required, send shipping orders to harbor district for shipment according to the closing time.

5.Ship company send the data of export manifest to custom after these goods exported. Tax refund verification should be printed in time at custom by customs broker after custom data clearance.

6.Customs clearance fee need to be paid in time by exporter.

Export inspection process:

1.Export need to prepare all documents 3 days before the clearance of goods and then declaration to the Inspection and quarantine bureau. Inspection accepted by Commodity inspection organization. First, the “Application for export inspection” need to be filled in by inspection applicant, and support document and data like contract, L/C and the original of seller's inspection results in the same time. Commodity inspection organization accept the inspection of these goods after documents and data above passed of the inspections by Commodity inspection organization.

2.Sampling. Which is carried out by Commodity inspection organization, samples kill be extracted by random sampling method according to different type of goods. Inspection applicant should support the situation of the stock location, and cooperate the examination clerk well.

3.Examination. Commodity inspection organization can use different kinds of technologies to examine these export goods like chemical analysis, instrumental analysis and appearance.

4.Grant a certificate. Commodity inspection organization grant certificates to qualified goods, or stamp on the export declaration. Customs will release these goods according to certificates or stamps.
