Operation process of air export business

1.Inquiry

Confirming names, weight, number and size of goods and information of destination port as accurate as possible after received the inquiry from customers. Usually, the price be confirmed to customers is made up of three parts, air freight + filing fee + miscellaneous fee. The receiving notice can be sent first after the booking order received from customer, them arrange booking.

2.Booking and delivery

Booking cargo space in advance by booking system of airlines according to requirements of customers, and the confirmation of the freight space with the airlines is necessary if the port of destination cannot arrive directly. Ground operators of our company and cargo under custom's supervision will collaborate to weighing and measuring, and also confirm with customers again after goods be sent in place according to the receiving notice. The freight space need also need to confirm with airlines again if the data of size, weight and number of goods have anything different with the data used to booking the freight space.

3.Manifest and arrival report

Number, weight and size of goods, port of destination, flight information and freight space will input into the manifest system if all of these information are confirmed correct by office operator, and ground operator will input the arrival report if these information is matched with weight receipts which is also issued from ground operator. The clearance of customs will start if these above processes are passed. Ground operators will stick master labels of airlines and submenu labels of agency used to distinguish goods at every goods during the period of customs declaration.

4.Customs clearance, Approval and releasing

Paperless summary program will be used if the trade method is general trade and just electric edition data need to be confirmed in advance with customers; original of customs declaration, packing list, sales contract and commercial invoice will need to be prepared if the trade method is special trade. It will be released in half of a day in general even if foods be inspection by customs if vouchers are completed and goods have no abnormalities.

5.Into the cargo and presentation of documents

Ground operators will send goods to airport terminal operators if goods released from customs, goods will be transported to airport security by shuttle coach which appointed by customs if the data of goods are still matched after checked, measured and weighted again, and ground operators will stamp the Security clearance seal on the master bill of lading after the goods pass the security inspection machine frequently, then send these goods to freight department of airport. Office operators will send scanning copy of master bill of lading to customers after the fees been received from customers.
