Import and export operation procedure of Bonded zone:

1. Goods need to be applied the entry record at Free Trade Zone Customs by original B/L, Register of vehicles carrying goods under customs supervision within the territory of the People's Republic of China customs and other documents after arrived in port. ( Operation entities should registered in the Free Trade Zone when the goods be applied, if not, the application should be agent by enterprises in the Free Trade Zone. )

2.After the Free Trade Zone Customs released goods, an application need to be applied in inspection and quarantine authorities of port (marine transportation) or Bonded area (air transportation) by the original B/L with the stamp of release which stamped by custom, pick up procedures could be taken after that release, and Free Trade Zone Customs will mark on the Register of vehicles carrying goods under customs supervision within the territory of the People's Republic of China customs.

3.Customs seal procedures must be taken at designated place of port customs before leave the port customs supervision area when taking delivery of bonded import goods by vehicles. The carrier must be permitted by the customs to carry the bonded goods at the same time.

4.When the carriage arriving at the bayonet of Bonded Zone, first checking the seal and goods and taking verification to the register of vehicles carrying goods under customs supervision within the territory of the People's Republic of China customs, then the goods can be transport to bonded warehouses. Bonded warehouse unload goods into warehouse after checking the release order stamped by Bonded area customs. The Warehouse also input warehousing information of goods into the system of Bonded area, all the process will finished after the confirmed information is received.

Export

1.Export declaration need to be taken at Bonded custom with B/L issued by bonded area warehouse, Booking Receipt, register of vehicles carrying goods under customs supervision within the territory of the People's Republic of China customs and related data when goods be exported. The Bonded area customs will make a customs seal and also input these information into their computer system after they are accepted.

2.The bonded warehouse will print the voucher of exiting for bonded goods after they received the acknowledgment message of exiting the area from custom. The sealed procedures can be handled by voucher of exiting when the goods arrive the bayonet of Bonded Zone, but still need to be transported by vehicles which has been authenticated by customs.

3.Port custom handle the procedures of inspection and release by customs seal of Bonded Zone custom and also stamp a release chapter on the Booking Receipt when the goods arrived at port. The Booking Receipt which stamped the release chapter by port custom can be used to handle the shipment of goods.

Import

If bonded goods are sold in the domestic, import customs clearance need to be handled by B/L signed and issued from Bonded Zone warehouse and customs declaration document support from enterprise which operate out of the Free Trade Zone. The customs handle the customs clearance in two different ways, duty free or taxable, according to different ways of trade. Bonded Zone warehouse would print the exiting receipt if the information of confirm from custom been received after the goods be released from Bonded Zone custom, and the exiting receipt is the voucher of exiting the zone of goods.
